QR-QC Checklist

Browser prototype for QR-assisted QC logging, local dashboards, and CSV/XLSX export.

The problem

A routine QC record needs the correct bench, check category, frequency, operator, and timestamp. Re-entering that context for every check adds repeated setup work.

My role

QC workflow design, browser interface, and local record/export implementation.

What I built

  • Public QR-assisted logging and CSV demo
  • Local dashboard and XLSX-export prototype

The result

A runnable browser example of recording QR-linked QC context locally and downloading a CSV log.

Workflow schematic derived from the public QR-QC prototype: scan-assisted context, local records, and CSV export. No real or invented QC results are shown.

Implementation

How it works

The public prototype reads bench, category, and frequency from a QR link, combines them with saved operator initials, and stores a timestamped record in the browser. It exports CSV logs. A fuller local prototype adds dashboard, manual-entry, QR-generation, and XLSX-export code.

Technical context and methods

The linked public artifact is the early scan-and-log version. The local project also contains a later dashboard prototype; its XLSX path is not verified in the public build.
